This townhouse has its own private entrance. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, WiFi and a large TV in the living room.

Bedroom 1 is the master suite with a Jacuzzi, powerful couple showers and stone walls. The master suite has breathtaking views of the mountains and a cool refreshing breeze.

Bedroom 2 and 3 share a modern bathroom with a deep tub and wooden walls. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the most picturesque views of the city on the entire property!

Bedroom 4 is downstairs. It has a large modern bathroom with a unique tile on the walls and the floor. This room is ideal for those who would like a night of deep relaxing sleep. It’s quiet and drowns out all surrounding noise. Guests who sleep in this room say that they get the deepest sleep they have ever experienced!

What’s amazing about this property is that we have had many awesome guests visit us and a lot of celebrities as well! Ask your property manager when you arrive about the impressive list of celebrity guests! Most recently a part of an episode for Growing up Love and Hip Hop was filmed here! Please note there are no parties allowed and only the registered guests are allowed on the property.

Guest of the townhouse have exclusive access to this 4 bedroom space and access to the shared parking lot. You have a small kitchen in your space that has a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, plates, cups and silverware and more!
Please note that you have the space completely to yourself, the house is part of a duplex so there is another unit on the property.

We are located 15 minutes from Utech and 9 minutes from Papine square.
We do have a bus so ask us about your transportation needs!
We are across the street for The Kingston Dub Club and Skyline Levels! Make sure you stay on a Sunday night!
